“Seems that most everyone really enjoyed the teambuilding event. We had a couple of “bah-hum-bugs,” but my guess is they tend to be like that for any sort of teambuilding. Other than those two outliers, I’ve heard only positive things.”

Indoor Corporate Team Building Programs

Atlanta Challenge helps your corporate team learn and internalize the essential skills they need to work together by providing fun and non-threatening hands-on team development programs. These indoor events put participants into situations in which they need to overcome challenges by communicating, working together, utilizing creative problem-solving skills, and relying on their team mates. We help participants apply lessons learned to the business world by debriefing what happened during the team building program. Please contact us for more details and rates for any of these programs.

Active and Hands-On Team Development Programs

Amazing Team Race

This program is inspired by the popular TV series, but updated to be an interactive team event. Plenty of challenges, roadblocks and surprise events make this an exciting and fast-paced event. We’ve worked it so that all the teams finish at once and the winner is the team that arrives with the most points. The destinations can be set in several different rooms around your hotel, or all in one large ballroom. Company info and team mate trivia can also be included.

Lego car building eventDriven to Succeed

Teams are provided with materials for constructing a small self-propelled car, but they have a strict budget and timeline to stay within, plus other criteria to meet in order to satisfy customer demands.

Mini golf team eventPar for the Course

Teams are given a wide assortment of materials they use to design and build their own miniature golf hole. Teams then take turns playing the other teams’ holes and rate them for creativity, playability and quality. A great test of creativity, teamwork and just having a lot of fun.

Team Genius

Utilizing the wisdom of great historical thinkers and inventors such as Leonardo DaVinci, Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Edison, teams bring together the practical skills of problem solving with creative out-of-the-box thinking in this fun, hands-on event. Teams are tasked with projects that must meet practical and creative criteria, requiring them to draw from the strengths of everyone in the group.

Solo Team Building Activities

Sometimes there just isn't enough time for a full team building session. That's why Atlanta Challenge created Solo sessions. If you have 30 to 90 minutes to fill, and want to make a strong point, or just let your group unwind during a big meeting, we can deliver a quick and to-the-point individual activity for a break-out session or meeting energizer that will get everyone involved, thinking and having fun.

Team Building Service Projects

Driven to Serve

This is a great team building - service project for indoor spaces. Teams are provided with materials for constructing a small self-propelled car, but they have a strict budget and timeline to stay within, plus other criteria to meet in order to satisfy customer demands. How well each team does determines their budget for "purchasing" Lego sets, which they will place into gift bags that will be donated to a child in need.

Challenge for a Child

This is a team building event AND service project combined into one exciting program. Participants overcome a series of challenges in order to retrieve the parts for a child's bicycle which they assemble and then donate to a local charity. The challenges are a combination of proven, high-energy, problem-solving initiatives and mental challenges that will help your team identify the behaviors of optimum teamwork. Donating a completed bicycle is a great metaphor for the importance of staying focused on the big picture.

On the Right Track

Teams build a play table and train set that will be donated to a local children's charity. Teams will need to organize the different functions of engineering, inventory, and assembly, while dealing with different staff changes, time restrictions and a work environment full of silos.

Toy Raiders

This is a team building event and service project combined into one exciting program. Teams of 8-10 participants overcome a series of challenges in order to retrieve the parts for a child’s bicycle which they assemble and then donate to a local charity. There are also bonus challenges where teams can earn accessories for their bikes. The scene is set in Egypt as the teams work their way through an archeological site of an ancient Egyptian temple. The challenges are a combination of proven, high-energy, problem-solving initiatives and mental challenges that will help your team identify the behaviors of optimum teamwork. The goal of donating a completed bicycle is a great metaphor for staying focused on the big picture.
