Think Like a Team Half-Day Workshop Series
Through a combination of cutting-edge tools, interactive learning and hands-on activities, your team will enhance their productivity, collaboration and problem solving skills. Each module includes our Thinking Styles Exercise which will give your team valuable insights into their own thinking and communication styles, and how to appreciate and better utilize the strengths of their team mates. Each content module focuses on a different set of teamwork skills.
The Communicators In this module, participants focus on how they communicate, collaborate and solve problems in a group. The team activities help the group test their styles and observe what works, and what changes they may need to make.
Change Champions In this module, teams discuss the different phases of dealing with change, discuss their own reactions to change, and engage in team exercises that help them take a look at how the team responds to change and learn skills to support effective organizational change.
Pull Together Your team will get to know each other better, build stronger relationships, and trust each other more while they rededicate themselves to the team's purpose. This helps create an environment where everyone has a commitment to helping each other succeed and moving the team forward.
The Right Stuff One of the most important skills a person can have is to be a team player. In this module, participants look at their individual teamwork skills and take an honest inventory of their strengths and weaknesses. They finish up with a goal-setting, board-breaking exercise that will leave them motivated like never before.
Adventures in Teamwork In this option, after participants learn the thinking styles, the group goes outside to put their new skills to practice in a more adventurous setting, such as the Ropes Course or Team Rescue. The team focuses on overall team performance, regardless of circumstances and personal preferences.
Team Tune-Up Full Day Workshop
Sometimes teams need to get away from the office for a while and take a good look at what they're doing and where they're going. Atlanta Challenge will guide your team through a proven framework of conversations and activities to improve performance and morale. The content is a combination of 2 or 3 of the modules listed above, which is determined based on what your team needs to focus on now.
Advanced Two-Day Team Workshop
This event is for teams that want to revolutionize how they work together, whether
it is because of a current challenge or because they want to rise to new heights. Before
the event, each team member completes a survey about the team, and the team leader shares
their insights and goals for the team.
During the program, the team will develop a clear mission and vision, set goals, define
the roles and accountability on the team, improve communication, discuss conflict resolution,
and more. This workshop may be done in two full days, or as four half-day sessions done
monthly or quarterly.
