Agenda & Activities

Pre-event Consult (30 minutes) The team leader and facilitator review participant needs, workplace challenges, desired outcomes, and other details to ensure a successful and relevant program.
Welcome & Warm-Ups (10 minutes) Atlanta Challenge staff welcome participants and introduce the concept of Brain Fit through engaging activities and discussion.
Brain Games (10-20 minutes) Participants engage in a fun and thought-provoking activity that highlights how focus, memory, stress, energy, and mental habits affect brain performance and decision-making.
The Modern Brain Under Pressure (20-30 minutes) The group explores how stress, poor sleep, overstimulation, unhealthy habits, and constant demands impact focus, memory, mood, energy, and long-term brain health.
Brain Fit Foundations (30-45 minutes) Participants learn practical Brain Fit strategies related to sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, hydration, and daily habits that support sharper thinking and healthier brain performance.
Focus, Energy & Mental Clarity (30-45 minutes) The group explores practical ways to improve focus, attention, energy, and mental clarity in everyday life. Participants identify habits and patterns that may be draining cognitive performance and increasing mental fatigue.
Brain-Healthy Habits & Daily Routines (30-45 minutes) Participants evaluate current routines and identify practical ways to build healthier habits that support long-term cognitive wellness, emotional well-being, and healthy aging.
The Brain Fit Reset (20-30 minutes) Participants develop simple, realistic action plans for improving focus, energy, mental clarity, and overall brain health moving forward.
Final Teamwork Challenge (10-15 minutes) Teams engage in a hands-on challenge that reinforces focus, communication, memory, problem-solving, and intentional thinking.
Closing Debrief & Wrap-up (10 minutes) The group reflects on key insights and discusses practical ways to support stronger brain performance and healthier daily habits moving forward.
Virtual Group Follow-up (45-60 minutes) Approximately one month later, the facilitator hosts a virtual follow-up session to reinforce concepts, review progress, discuss challenges, and support ongoing implementation.
