The Pressure Consequence Exercise (10-20 minutes) Participants engage in a guided activity that highlights how stress, frustration, pressure, and emotional reactions can affect thinking, communication, decision-making, and relationships.
The 3Rs Framework (30-45 minutes) Participants learn the practical 3Rs framework:
- Recognize reactive patterns and emotional triggers.
- Reset automatic reactions before they escalate.
- Respond with greater clarity, intention, and purpose.
Breaking Out of Survival Mode (30-45 minutes) Participants identify common stress reactions and unhealthy thought patterns that reduce clarity, increase frustration, and damage communication and relationships.
Practical Reset Strategies (30-45 minutes) Participants practice simple techniques for calming the nervous system, shifting perspective, interrupting emotional escalation, and regaining clarity during stressful situations.
Responding With Clarity & Intention (30-45 minutes) Participants apply the 3Rs framework to real-world situations involving pressure, setbacks, uncertainty, and difficult conversations.
The Resilience Reset (20-30 minutes) Participants identify practical ways to apply the 3Rs in daily life and create personal commitments for handling challenges more intentionally moving forward.
The Golden Nugget Exercise (15-20 minutes) Each participant identifies their most important insight and one practical action they want to apply moving forward, then shares these “golden nuggets” with teammates to reinforce learning, accountability, and support.
Closing Debrief & Wrap-up (10 minutes) The group reflects on key insights and discusses practical ways to stay more grounded, intentional, and resilient during challenging situations.
Virtual Group Follow-up (45-60 minutes) Approximately one month later, the facilitator hosts a virtual follow-up session to reinforce concepts, review progress, discuss challenges, and support continued implementation of the 3Rs framework.
