Pre-Event Consult (30 minutes) The team leader and facilitator align on workshop goals, discuss team dynamics, and ensure the session meets real-world leadership challenges.

Introductory Challenge (10-20 minutes) A thought-provoking activity that requires input from the entire group to solve. This gets the group engaged and thinking about what they want to get out of the program.
Thinking Styles Module (45 minutes) Through an interactive learning activity, participants gain insights into their personal leadership style and decision-making approach. They connect their style to the Leadership Compass, identifying how they naturally lead and where they may need to flex their approach.
The Leadership Compass (30 minutes) An interactive introduction to a model that helps leaders navigate their role by identifying the most essential areas they need to focus on and how their natural leadership strengths support or undermine them.
Leaders Toolbox (30 minutes) Participants explore and apply practical leadership tools aligned with the Leadership Compass model, such as goal setting, communication, delegation, and feedback strategies.
Leadership Challenge (30-60 minutes) A hands-on activity that requires participants to apply different leadership strategies, collaborate under pressure, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment. Participants reflect on what leadership approaches worked best and how to incorporate them into their role.
Teamwork Compass®® (20-30 minutes) Participants dive into the four key elements of successful teams—clear outcomes, structured processes, collaboration, and innovation. They analyze their team’s strengths and gaps, then develop a plan to align their leadership approach with their team’s needs.
Closing Debrief & Wrap-Up Activity (10-15 minutes) The group recaps key takeaways, discusses how to integrate insights into daily leadership, and commits to action steps. We wrap up with a fun closing activity and a team photo.
Virtual Group Follow-Up (45-60 minutes) This follow-up session takes place one month later to reinforce key concepts, address real-world challenges, and support participants in refining their leadership action plans.
